工作职责:

负责包袋,旅行箱,平板电脑套等产品的量产品质管控, 和产品开发人员, 包袋供应厂商, 原材料厂商合作以确保出货的产品品质达到公司的品质标准及客户的需求.

测试: 管理公司内部测试实验室,确保开发及量产的物理测试及时完成. 辅导合作厂商的实验室以确保工厂能正确的做测试. 和第三方测试机构合作以确保客人要求的化学测试按时完成.

和美国仓库验货人员,客诉处理人员合作,及时有效的处理客诉品质问题.

 领导品管团队, 确保团队合作和健康发展.

入职要求:

中文说写流利, 英文能和美国品质及客诉人员有效沟通.
10年以上包袋厂工作经验, 对箱包,平板套等产品的生产流程,品质标准有深刻的了解
5年以上管理5人以上的团队的管理经验, 组织能力, 沟通能力强. 举报 分享
