Purpose of the Position:
To make sure Finishing daily operation is under quality assurance system. And no issue product leak to customer.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Lead internal quality improvement program coordinate Production and Engineering teams.
Support Customer Complaint Case. Make sure effectiveness of improvement action.
Disposition of Quality Abnormality to prevent product leak to customer.
Understand customer requirements and deal with quality issues.
Manage customer quality issues and follow up the internal corrective action.
Review reports of corrective action and investigation for customer issues.
Assure Quality System is going well within Plant.
Coordinate All the ISO 9000 relative Activity.
Support the Quality interface network with sister plants.
Coordinate product specification requirements.
Develop and manage the Quality Assurance program.
Lead or assist as required plant progress as measured against specific Quality systems.
Train and certify shop floor people and ensure all people follow SOP.
Education & Experience
B.S or above degree in Engineering relative major.
At least 3 years work experience in QA function or Process engineering.
Experience in Optoelectronics industry would be a plus.
Required Skills
Good knowledge in Statistic Tools, SPC, QC Story and Quality relative tools.
Management Skill and Leadership
Good knowledge in QS, ISO 9000 and Static Tools, SPC and Quality relative tools
Good English comprehension in spoken, writing and reading
Good communication and coordination skill for cross department cooperation
Can work independently by self and also work well within team
Good Excel, Word, PPT skills.
Desired Skills
Strongly in Logical thinking and data oriented
Strongly in data analysis
Problem solving and decision skill
VBA, VB;
Soft Skills
Good personality and negotiation skill.
Aggressive and willing to take challenge and work hard and smart.
