职位描述:
The position Sr. HR Specialist is responsible for,
1. Recruitment & Selection
? Assist HR head to build and maintain the employer brand of the company
? Monitor and organize recruitment activities to attract qualified candidates
? Develop and maintain hiring channels to ensure the effective and efficiency of recruiting
? Assist HR head to build up external talent pool and organize the maintenance
? Assist to organize Job Description drafting and updating activities and maintain an valid Job Description database
? Assist HR head in monitoring all hiring activities, and ensure the proper implementation of hiring procedure

2. Training & Development
? Assist to build learning and sharing platform and create better learning climate
? Assist to draft annual training plan base on training needs
? Source and recommend quality external training courses
? Develop internal training resources, organize and deliver internal training programs
? Organize new staff orientation and induction program
? Assist to organize talent audit program and maintain an active internal talent pool
? Identify development needs and potential employees, assist to design development programs

3. Act as HRBP, to cooperate with line managers
? to find the right person for the right position according to business demand
? define training demands and follow up development plan for individuals, new staff orientation;
? cooperate with line managers to ensure all staff in teams are apprised according to company’s requirements
? Organize staff activities for the teams, follow-up labor cases in the teams, together with line managers to ensure all people management activities are operating according to legal compliance
? Support the team to understand the compensation & benefits structure and practice of the company, answer inquiries from staff members

The candidate
? Bachelor degree, majored in Administration or Human Resources will be preferred.
? 5 years working experience in HR field, incl. 3 years’ experience in recruitment
? Good communication skill in both Mandarin and English
? Knowledge of labour law & regulations;
? Willing to learn and self-motivated
? Be able to perform under pressure and multi-task environment, detail-oriented with high efficiency
