职位描述：
Key Responsibility
1.Responsible for the procurement of cutting tools& related materials for the BBAC Tool Management project, including selection, development and maintenance of a capable and reliable supplier, AVL suppliers management.
2.Work together with BBAC Tool Management Project manager, for tools& related materials purchasing planning and implementation. Help engineers to make solution to solve on-site problems e.g. urgently replace cutting tools due to long lead-time or other issues.
3.Ensure a continuous flow of the required tools or parts at a competitive price in the appropriate quality, the proper quantity at the right time to the designated location by performing the duties e.g. issue purchase orders to local suppliers, conduct cost analysis and price negotiation
4.Decide local procurement policy and frame agreement with suppliers according to the Guhring purchasing strategy, perform supplier pre-selection and perform supplier evaluation
5.Report project schedule and status in a timely manner

Qualification
1.Bachelor degree in (Mechanical is preferred) engineering or equivalent,2 years work experience
2.Good understanding of cutting tools
3.Good knowledge of procurement , Familiar with project management
4.Familiar with MS Word/Excel, SAP R3
5.Proficiency in English and Mandarin
