岗位职责:
1. Develop oversea market of hydraulic tools in assigned area.
负责开拓液压工具海外业务;
2. Responsible for market information collection and analysis with supporting from marketing team, work with management to set up export strategy.
与市场部协作进行海外市场信息收集与分析,与管理层共同制定出口业务战略;
3. Make annual export plan, lead export team to achieve sales targets and sustainable growth.
制定外贸年度销售计划,带领外贸团队达成销售目标,取得持续增长;
4. Improve oversea sales network by developing new customers and maintain existing customers.
发展新经销商,维持老经销商,健全海外销售网络;
5. Responsible for export contract negotiation with customers and risk control of contract execution.
负责与客户谈判外贸销售合同及执行中的风险控制。
6. Work with service team to provide quick response and service to customers, meet demands and solve problems.
与服务团队合作,快速响应客户并解决客户问题。
7. Work with marketing team and local distributors to develop and promote application in specific industries or market.
与市场部及区域经销商合作,发展满足具体行业及目标市场的应用并推广。
8. Collaborate with internal teams to organize promotion activities area in assigned area.
与内部团队合作,组织海外市场推广活动。
9. Lead team to participate related exhibition, to promote Stanley brand and products.
带队参加行业展会,推广史丹利品牌及产品。
10. Develop export business team by providing training, coaching, motivation and disciplining.
发展外贸团队,包括对外贸工程师进行培训、指导、激励和管理。
Requirements:
要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, good command of oral and written English.
本科以上学历,英语书面及口语流利;
2. More than 3 years work experience on equal position, familiar with distributor development and management.
3年以上同等岗位经验,熟悉经销商开发及管理;
3. Skillful at negotiation and communication, with logic thinking.
良好的谈判及沟通技巧,思维清晰;
4. Objective-oriented and commit to goal, can-do attitude and dynamic personality.
目标导向,有活力,愿意为达成目标付出努力;
5. Willing to travel within assigned area.
能接受出差;
6. Familiar with Southeast Asia market or experience in mechanical industrial is a plus.
熟悉东南亚市场,或有机械设备行业经验者佳。
