职位描述

I. JOB SUMMARY职位概述
? Overview recruitment strategy, process & channels as well as work closely with hiring managers as a business partner to search for the right candidates and build/develop candidate pool to ensure that the organizational capability meets strategic business requirements.
? Be in charge of plan & implement training programs in a high standard via managing people development tools & training programs in order to ensure the organization achieves the highest level of its business goal.

II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 基本职责
Recruitment
? Create role profiles, screening, assessment and other tools and resources necessary in order to execute the recruiting strategy
? Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned job openings
? Screen candidates against specific selection criteria, complete written evaluations and share with hiring team
? Manage the interview process, ensuring that the hiring team is properly prepared and candidates are properly and comprehensively evaluated as well as “sold” on the opportunity
? Conduct competency based interviews and make objective and justified hiring recommendations
? Identify talent within the marketplace to create a pipeline for current and future hiring needs
? Partner with the Graduate Recruiter to meet campus level hiring targets Support graduate recruitment
? Liaise with other recruitment consultants in the region to understand activity within the segment that is being account managed
? Proactively work with the other members of the recruiting team to share information, ideas and tools and provide support as necessary
? Communicate progress to hiring managers concerning status of one’s own searches and articulate plans to adjust activity where necessary
? Master all necessary recruitment resources to be quick for hiring all positions
? Expanding and managing recruiting channels including website, job fair and talent backup pools.
? Yearly recruitment plan establishment and control recruitment budget and cost down.

Training
? Ensure Training system implementation and optimization to ensure each employee be properly trained and developed as per role requirement and competency.
? Manage the internal and external training programs/plan with schedule within the budget as well as follow up the training effectiveness evaluation as required.
? Responsible for the analysis of annual training focus and generate the training plan/project. Monitor and fine-tune the training implementation status to ensure which align with the process; optimize the process effectiveness based on the actual needs.
? Evaluate the effectiveness of both internal and external training and development programs.
? Bridge the "Skill Gap" through conducting regular on-the-job training with staffs Facilitate Train-the-trainer programs to equip key trainers with basic training skills.
? Be in charge of training budget control and cost reduction plan.
? Assist dept. manager in identifying training needs and preparing the yearly off/on-the-job people development strategies for the organization.
? Ensure all training programs are undertaken in effective and efficient standards and people development objectives are met in full.

III. EDUCATION/SKILL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS教育、技能、工作经验等资质

? More than 7 years in human resource management especially specialized in the management of
? Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse work group.
? Sound HR knowledge in recruitment and staffing. Good interviewing/behavioral assessment techniques.
? Timely and accurate research and reporting of results of analysis.
? Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information; able to work with high degree of accuracy, often in time critical situations.
? recruitment and training in manufacture field;
? Excellent English speaking and listening, writing and reading
? Familiar with labor law & relevant regulations
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and teamwork spirit
? Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) essential
