Main Accountabilities:

1.Project Management BIOGAS and/or LNG

-) In charge to study the manufacturing of BIOGAS/LNG SKID

-) In contact with Sub-contractor

-) Follow and Manage the relation with TIANJIN HIGH TECH

-) In contact with ALAT Headquarter in France

-) Follow the Manufacturing of Sub-elements at the supplier site

2.Responsible of the Profit & Lost for the BIOGAS/LNG project

-) Is responsible to organize the Agenda of the project

-) Is responsible to define the Budget of each project he follows

-) Is repsonsible to deliver on time each project he follows

-) Is repsonsible of the P&L

-) Must inform (N+1)and (N+2) supervisors if deviation on P&L appear

3.Installation and commissioning of the BIOGAS/LNG skid

-) Follow the installtion on site of each project he follows

-) Is the contact with End User

-) Organize the commissioning job with external or internal resources

4.Innovation

-) Must be in "permanent innovation"way of thinking in order to increase our profit and the quality of our product line in regard to the AL safety rules.

5.Technical Support

-) Is the Technical support of the Sales activities

-) Is in charge to give a budget price regarding his Product Line to the Sales Department

-) Writes a technical description of the future projects needed by the Sales force

6.Safety

-) Daily follows the AL rules regarding safety for

*his colleagues or sub contractors

*materials

Qualifications:

-) Bachelor degree in project management or relevant

-) Promoting and achieving Safety-Security

-) Innovative Thinking and Infulencing leadership

-) Anticipating and Dealing with changing environment

-) Solution-focused decision making

-) Managing Teams and Teamwork

-) Fluent in both written and verbal English
