Title: CQE(客户质量工程师)
某全球知名汽车发动机制造商
Location: Taicang,太仓
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Communicate with customer. Understand customer requirement and transmit customer voice at the plant.
Feedback customer complaint on time and follow the correction action plan.
Develop application of quality specifications in both the customer requirements and product specifications
Warranty parts analyze and make warranty analysis report.
Warranty claim management.
Training customer service people and help them correctly analyze the no-conformity parts.
Maintain lesson learn system and share good idea with team.
Collaborate closely with team member and keep making continuous improvement on quality system.
Establish a robust feedback proscenium for customer satisfaction data;
Work with service group to establish a robust monitoring proscenium for field quality.
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity and system deficiency
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement through the application of lean manufacturing techniques.
Be responsible for site safety, health, security and emergency systems awareness.
Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Ensure TRIR & GSSF to reach yearly target
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering
5 years or above related experience
Preventative attitude and quick response
Familiar with TS16949 and ISO14001 ,Knowledge of Quality Systems
Environment systems and Lean Manufacturing
Process improvement leader.
Coaching and Leadership skills,
Good communication and negotiation skill.
Understanding of engineering techniques and engine principle.
Fluent English/Mandarin
