Job Duties:

Sales support should act as an assistant to BD Sales to develop new business/opportunity as well as to maintain and expand existing business, which includes mainly customer rate inquiry/complaints, draft SOP, monitor DSO and provide relative reports.

• Contact window for clients regarding all kinds of issues and requests/complaints, assist BD sales to keep good relationship with clients.
• Conduct cold calls and identify various opportunities for sales to follow up.
• Follow up the spot quotation/RFQ, register quotation and identify quotation results. If any price issues, escalate to PM pricing team and sales manager.
• Ensure the implementation of new business both internally and externally, including quotation, SOP and KPI set up. If any service issues, escalate to PM supervisor/manager and sales manager.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure correct customer code key into the system.
• Verify the shipment records on monthly basis in order to get correct result of GP & shipment details for BD.
• Assist BD manager to collect new shipment number to apply NBR, key in sales system if necessary.
• Chase routine outstanding and report long overdue for proper sales action.
• Approach Joint sales call if necessary.
• Back up sales during their absence (outside office, leave or trip).

Job requirements:

• University graduated or above
• Minimum 2 years working experience in logistics industry with operation background, among which 1 year experience in Sales Administration/Key Account preferred
• Knowledge of International Trade, Transportation and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Information and Communication Behavior
• Analytical Ability
• Team Building and Cooperation
