产品设计高级工程师(R&D)/Sr. Product Design Engineer(知名外资电子消费品公司研发部)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the product definition (especially the mechanical and documentation aspects) in the development, realization and aftercare of innovative products in the abovementioned areas:

2. Work with cross-function team to support function development via defining and realizing models and test set-ups;

3. Lead or develop new and optimize existing product concepts within cross-functional teams, or lead and control outsourcing of these activities;

4. Lead or do, the detail design of Key Components, and you support their realization;

5. Participate and lead as key competence resource in multi-partner cross-functional and cross-cultural teams;

6. Manage the Product Documentation (the BOM and the Design History File);

7. Do the root-cause analysis of production problems and consumer complaints.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience or a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years experience;

2. Preferably have experience in development and realization of new consumer products in a R&D environment;

3. Preferably you are familiar with Design for Six Sigma, Lean development, FMEA;

4. Some knowledge of other disciplines with which co-operation takes place;

5. Solid knowledge of design methods and processes;

6. Knowledge of relevant technology and product features;

7. Disciplined team worker, Analytical, creative and abstract thinker;

8. Accurate and quality minded, Cost and quality conscious;

9. Solid Pro/E or other CAD skill;

10. Ability to communicate (written and Verbal) in English.
