Main Purpose of the Role
? Managing L&D function at GBS SZ
? Manage the leadership pipeline for critical roles
? Represent and build sponsorship for L&D through senior management
? Facilitate class room training in areas of soft / behavioural / leadership skills for employees across all grades
? Manage L&D processes

Broad Responsibilities
? Manage L&D processes
? Carry out training needs identification exercise
? Plan and publish the monthly training calendar
? Deliver leadership and behavioural programs
? Manage the leadership pipeline programs
? Implement GBS Learning goals
? Create and maintain learning curriculum
? Identify Critical roles and develop learning resources for them
? Create Learning Guides
? Anchor IDP formulation and implementation (TRP process)
? Maintain a rapport with functional heads and understand their requirements and cater to them
? Publish weekly/ monthly / periodic reports of trainings facilitated and other L&D metrics
? Deliver presentations on L&D progress to the Senior Management
? Plan for and roll-out OD initiatives
? Manage his / her DRs
? Support the GBS or Regional in all L&D activities / initiatives

Preferred Educational and Work Background
? Full-time MBA with specialisation in HR
? Relevant L&D experience of 6 to 8 years
? Certified trainer in soft skills
