职位描述
Purpose of the Position:
This position holder functions as a hands-on HR Manager for the Company and performs responsibilities related to: HR & personnel administration, office administration, etc.
Normal Functional Tasks:
1. Implement the Company's human resource strategy so that the Company attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.
2. Manage day-to-day human resource (HR) activities, which may include: recruitment; onboarding, training, development; compensation/remuneration; benefits; performance evaluation; organizational development; relocation; health, safety and employee wellness; HR administration; HR information systems; payroll; employee communications; labor relations.
3. Evaluate the Company's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.
4. Ensure the HR strategy is implemented effectively, within budgets, and complies with all regulations, laws and employment standards.
Required Experience:
? Bachelor Degree preferably in HR or Business Administration.
? Working knowledge of Chinese HR policies and regulations.
? A Minimum of five years work experience in a comparable position.
? Strong partnership experience with business leaders.
Skills required:
? Strong business acuemen
? Logical and rational to work technical sales people
? Assertive and Result Orientated
? Ability to manage and work in a cross cultural environment
? No compromise in compliance and ethics
? Fluent in English (Written, Oral)
