职位描述
I. Primary Purpose
To support team manager and monitor seasonal fabric development that meets design aesthetics, company quality standards and is production viable material.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Daily communication with NYMM & raw material suppliers for aesthetic and quality deliverables.
2. Work through technical callouts/limitation with raw material supplier, tech team and align with manager to provide viable options for design.
3 .Ensure development timelines are met based on milestone calendar meetings.
4. Report back to manager and NY with material updates concerns and solutions.
5. Monitor tracking tools used for developments; confirm details are correctly updated.
6. Allocate new development requests where necessary with input of manager.
7. Create fabric boards and present seasonal materials to product development teams weekly.
8. Source competitive mills where necessary
9. Approve bulk shipments in region and work through necessary cross functional channels if rejected.
10. Effective implementation and execution of SOP's and best practices both internally and externally to RMS.
III. Dimensions
Daily communication with New York fabric team to gain design direction.
Daily communication with RMS (raw material suppliers) to provide aesthetic direction and technical support.
Daily contact with fabric coordinator to update tracking tools.
Frequent contact with product development for sampling needs and general fabric requests.
IV. Education & Experience Requirements
Fluent in both written & spoken English local language a plus.
Good knowledge of weaving, dyeing, printing and finishing.
Textile Degree 5+ years working experience
Preferred to have worked for a public company and American brand but not required.

1. Proactive, excellent accuracy & Ability to multi-task
2. Establish Strong presentation and communications skills.
3. Highly organized with strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
4. Consistently demonstrate accuracy and attention to details, and complete tasks efficiently in timely
manner.
5. Take ownership for current role and understand barriers in the work process and recommend solution.
6. Proactively volunteers to support team members to complete work.
