职位描述：
⑴ 推动营销服务部业绩和人力的增长，确保公司业绩目标的达成；
⑵ 参与辅导、培训、激励所属营销服务部的保险营销员；
⑶ 协助策划、组织、推动营销服务部各类业务竞赛活动，确保活动效果；
⑷ 正确传达公司信息、有效地组织保险营销员的训练活动并解答有关问题；
⑸ 协助对营销服务部的管理事务，协调与公司各部门的良好沟通；
任职要求：
⑴ 大专或以上学历，两年以上保险行业销售类工作经验；
⑵ 积极主动，良好的问题解决能力和沟通协调能力；
⑶ 较强的自我激励能力，团队合作能力；
⑷ 熟练操作电脑办公软件（Excel，Powerpoint & Email）
（经验丰富者可以申请业务发展主任或业务发展经理的职位）
