职位描述
Job Function:
1. Integrate and co-ordinate with the design institutes and contractors from conception phase to the completion of the project with regard to M&P works.
2. Assist in preparing, developing and implementing of the M&P system design including Tank system, piping and valve system, marine loading system, compressor and boiler system etc., .
3. Assist in preparation of basic conceptual design, P&I diagrams.
4. Prepare and review design specification, drawings and procurement requisition relating to M&P works for onshore and offshore facilities.
5. Site planning, co-ordination, supervision and inspection of M&P works. Monitor of work progress and also to ensure good quality of the design and construction of the project that comply with the required standards.
6. Ensure SHE compliance during design and construction phase and participating in desk-top and Hazop reviews.
7. Coordinate with relating parties and assist in submitting weekly, monthly and quarterly project highlights to Project department manager.
8. Update the related M&P specification based on terminal requirement and vendor M&P list.
9. Assist in preparing quotations with Costing Engineer to support the commercial activities.
10. Assist to liaise with various local statutory departments in obtaining engineering, construction and operation permits for the project.
11. With regard to the contractor selection, give necessary recommendation to the project manager
12. Assist in preparation of tendering documents as and what needed.
13. Progressively follow up with as built documents & drawings hand-over all through the project execution, especially for the testing report at the commissioning stage.
14. Follow up closely with the market change to obtain the relatively actual material price in time.
15. To finish the task assigned by Company management.
Skills & Knowledge:
1、 Major in Mechanical or relevant engineering.
2、 5+ years related experience in Chemical industry or Petrochemical industry, especially in Terminal field.
3、Familiar with relevant domestic/international standards.
4、 Good verbal and written communication skill, both in English and Mandarin is prefered.
5、Skilled in office PC application programs, especially in Auto-cad.
6、 Capable of independently analysis, handle problems.
7、 Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
