Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and provide professional service regarding their testing programs.

• Maintain and build excellent client relationships by providing excellent levels of service.

• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Provide clients with reports and statistics about their testing and inspection programs.
• Handle invoinces of clients and remind clients to settle the payment on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service postion in the consumer product testing inspection services industry.

• Familiar with the international testing requirements for textile.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Bachelors degree in business, textile background is preferred.
