Job Responsibility:

1/ Secure implementation of sales and Marketing strategies in general and lead the implementation of local

activities within the region;

2/ Support strategic planning in general and specifically develop local Sales & Marketing Department;

3/ Ensure whole sales actiities meeting targets and with efficiency;

4/ Plan and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified region, product line, or market segment to

achieve established sales targets;

5/ Implement sales plans,acitities,and campaigns and manage the day-to-day acitivities of a sales team in order to

implement the organization's overall sales strategy for an assigned region and list of customer accounts;

6/ Prespare sales forecasts and manpower plan; monitor sales revenues,and sales costs against forecasts to

identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the

sales team;

7/ Personnel related issues, recruiting, dismissing, developing motivating etc;

8/ To ensure communicate with existing and new customers;

9/ Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution

strategies for area of responsibility;

10/ Undertake special assignments related to business opportunities assigned by Divisional Manager.

Job Requirements:

1/ College degree or above major in Food Engineering, Marketing or relevant;

2/ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;

3/ Minimum 3 years of managerial experience;

4/ Experience in Sales and distribution in FMCG is preferable;

5/ Experience with Sales project management;

6/ Good analysis and team management skills;

7/ With characters of good communication, quick learning, coordination capability, detail-oriented.

8/ Good customer relationship and has plenty customer resources.
