Job Description:
1. Follow up third party for the new plant building to make sure the building is within plant design and layout;
2. Be familiar with water/gas/electric layout in our new plant building;
3. Involve in and monitor equipments setting-up and debugging to assure all epuipments are meet plant requirements;
4. Contribute, in liaison with the Manufacturing Engineering Department, to define technical specifications for new equipment and alterations on existing equipment and facilities
5. Direct and coordinate both repair and preventive maintenance requirements for all manufacturing equipment
6. Support continuous improvement efforts: propose and implement continuous productivity, efficiency and quality improvement actions for all facilities
7. Support the development of target Material & Information Flow Analysis (MIFA) and plant layout
8. Develop capital budget requirements to adhere to established facilities standards
9. Define and monitor quality, cost and delivery objectives given to external companies when intervening: subcontracting, ordinary and major maintenance actions, energy, security systems¿
10. Manage the spare parts and consumables warehouse
11. Recommend safety policies and assure safety/legal controls are tested and reliable
12. Ensure the continuous development and coaching of maintenance technicians and engineers

Qualifications:
? Bachelor 's degree in engineering, with a specialisation in mechanics and automation
? At least 5 years of maintenance/engineering experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment
? Working knowledge of Quality systems and Health, Safety & Environment skills
? Computer knowledge and skills
? Innovation and change management skills
? Ability to effectively interact with associates at all levels and build a network in a matrix organisation
? Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
