Job Competencies

- 5 years' working experience in footwear products for U.S. market is preferable;

- Tertiary level qualification in footwear/textile or related technical discipline;

- Familiar with QA procedure and process;

- Able to communicate with vendors and factories independently;

- Good in organizational and interpersonal communications, strong self-motivation, proactive and creative to the team;

- Good to have work boots production and inspection experience except basic QC qualification;

- Better technical knowledge in footwear product;

- Well versed in English specifications and write English inspection report;

- With high integrity and sense of rightness.
