6. Major Responsibilities
Develop regional marketing promotion strategies and tactics.

Develop the marketing and sales collateral materials,organization communication & news articles/updates for Central AP marketing.
Manage Marketing Communication Production including:
-Brochures
-Product shots
-Leaflets
-Posters / Wall Charts
In charge of AP marketing event organization e.g. Automechanica Shanghai
Responsible for developing the company Website for www.trwaftermarket.com
Keep good relationship with industry media, successfully publish product advertisements according to media plan
Control brand image on all marketing materials. Keep align with our VI
Work with China IAM marketing team for other marketing activities.

7. Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR or a related field
More than 5 years marketing communication experience
2 years Digital business management experience

8. Key Skills
Proven ability to develop and implement the integrated communications strategies
Fluency in Chinese and English with excellent writing and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in collaboration, facilitation,& team building
Must understand the customer needs and behavior,as well as the market competition via research data as well as market visit
Ability to manage projects, work with cross-functional teams, & deliver on commitment
Must be a good team player with can-do attitude,flexible and resourceful
Goal oriented with the eyes for the details
Open minded and fast learner

9. Experience
3-4 years relevant experience in auto industry

10. Work Environment
Ability to travel as required
