Title: Assistant Manager

Responsibility:

- Responsible for effective accounting operations in Guangzhou office

- Ensure FinCon related activities to comply with the company policy and legal requirements.

- Manage Accounts Receivable process by working with customers and other departments in complying with regulatory requirements and corporate procedures

- Ensure tax issues and bank issues are processed efficiently

- Issue tax invoices to customers and follow up subsequent collection

- Lead, manage, and motivate staff in the team

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree, major in Accounting or related.

- 8 years relative working experiences, preferred in foreign companies experiences or logistics industries.

- Good knowledge on accounting principle, local tax regulation and local bank regulations

- Good knowledge in Microsoft applications

- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure

- Careful, cooperative, good inter-personal skill, strong sense of responsibility

- Fluent in English

- Qualified accountant is preferred
