SUMMARY
The position will perform market research, identify product trends, and work with the team to meet organizational objectives. The scope of the responsibility will include the development of literature and collateral materials in support of these efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)
? Responsible for the timely collection, collation, analysis and distribution of data to enable to gain and sustain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
? Collect and analyze data to evaluate existing and potential product markets.
? Research market conditions to analyze current sales and development of new concepts, ideas, and applications for products.
? Provide marketing and competitive intelligence to meet specific defined marketing needs.
? Provide insights into consumer behavior, market reactions and competitive postures needed to support decision-making across multiple product categories.
? Prepare reports and graphic illustrations of findings.
? Organize large volumes of data from multiple sources and synthesize it into organized formats for quick access on an as needed basis.
? Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
? Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree required; Significant product development experience; Demonstrated high performance orientation, detail orientation, market knowledge and sound judgment; Must have strong coordination, facilitation and communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a focused team.
