Role & Responsibilities
? Control System data entry
? Upload document to DMS folder
? Check & monitor the cargo status for pre-advance booking
? Keep smooth communication among customers, oversea office and agents
? Perform Import Declaration (if applicable)
? Prepare tracking / billing / KPI report for key account customer
? Support on KPI quality control
Education & Knowledge, Experience & Skills required
? Minimum of 1 year experience in service, operation and logistics industry
? Good command of written Chinese and English
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? College degree and above.
? CET 4 and above
? Familiar with PC operations (e.g. MS office, Chinese Word Processing)
? Industry knowledge for handling procedures of airfreight and data entry
