Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Responsible for planning production, schedule management, and management of raw materials, consumables and molds to meet production demand.

- Ongoing mold management to ensure the mold supply is meeting planned cost, quantity, and quality targets.

- Working with Corning process engineers to manage and improve CM’s forming and cold process yield to target.



Education & Experience :

- BSc. or higher with Materials/Other engineering major



Required Skills:

- Good Oral/written English communication skill

- 5+ years Mass production/development engineering experience

- 5+ years production/planning experiences in technical production environment.

- Hands-on experience with thermal forming and mechanical processes

- Detail oriented and able to perform with limited supervision

- Conviction and passion for the discipline

- Self motivated, independent, flexible, quick learner

- Excellent computer skills (working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office)

- Customer oriented; meets customer needs with quality results

- Ability to build effective working relationships with others

- Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully

- Ability to contribute to the development of others



Desired Skills:

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Able to apply technical principles, theories, and concepts to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems.

- International working experience
