Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Designs and plans for such processes as CNC, IOX, Screen Print, coating and other material-processing operations.

- Plans sequence of operations and specifies procedures for finishing processes, exercising judgment in compromising between conflicting requirements, economic evaluation of methods, and operator effectiveness and comfort.

- Conducts tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over finisher’s performance metrics. Establishes and submits processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring processing equipment.

- Lead CM’s process engineers, frequently interacts with CM managers, and work with internal cross-functional team to drive improvement in CM site.



Education & Experience :

- BSc. or higher Materials/Other engineering major



Required Skills:

- Good Oral/written English communication skill

- 6+ years Mass production/development engineering experience

- Hands-on experience with glass finishing processes

- Detail oriented and able to perform with limited supervision

- Conviction and passion for the discipline

- Self motivated, independent, flexible, quick learner

- Excellent computer skills (working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office)

- Customer oriented; meets customer needs with quality results

- Ability to build effective working relationships with others

- Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully

- Ability to contribute to the development of others
