Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Designs and plans for such processes as preform/mold design, forming, washing, post-forming CNC process, IOX and other material-processing operations.
- Conducts tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over 3D performance metrics. Establishes and submits processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring processing equipment.
- Establishes and recommends changes to policies which affect subordinate organization(s).
- Manages direct reports engineers, frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers and/or functional peer group managers.
- May interact with senior management. Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
Education & Experience :
- BSc. or higher Materials/Other engineering major
Required Skills:
- Good Oral/written English communication skill
- 6+ years Mass production/development engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with thermal forming and mechanical processes
- Detail oriented and able to perform with limited supervision
- Conviction and passion for the discipline
- Self motivated, independent, flexible, quick learner
- Excellent computer skills (working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office)
- Customer oriented; meets customer needs with quality results
- Ability to build effective working relationships with others
- Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
- Ability to contribute to the development of others

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Able to apply technical principles, theories, and concepts to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems.
