1.To process the whole set of jobs mainly include the accounting, the tax filing, the purchasing and billing of official invoices upon the experiences of general VAT taxpayer in the trading company, etc.
2.To take care of the HR assignments mainly include the handling of the social insurances and housing fund requested by the authority, the management of labor contract, daily working attendance and application & maintenance of the employment permit as well as VISA working, etc.
3. To follow up the administrative functions in the company, mainly include the renewal of the related licenses and certificates, etc.
4. Be capable to use English in terms of written and oral communications for working purpose.
5. Female is preferred with the age between 26 to 40 years old.
