JOB TITLE: HR Shared Services Specialist-3P/人力资源共享服务专员-三方

JOB LOCATION: Tianjin

DEPARTMENT: SC

Job Responsibilities:

- Act as an operational and transactional support interface between HR Business Partners/ Line Managers/Employees and the outsourced service delivery teams (Accenture for core HR services).

- Work with different functions to drive up business adoption of the newly transformed processes, through supporting the launch of new tools and processes, and acting as a coach and super-user in China.

- Monitor and maintain the HR service communication channel for HR Business Partners/ Line Managers/Employees.

- Generate HR related reports like full down report, movement report and other ad hoc reports to HRBP and related functions.

- Provide Ad hoc HR services for all the employees, like social insurance & housing fund, payroll, employee p-file maintenance, labor contract management, on-board & exit process etc.

- Continuous monitoring Peoplelink overall services, find opportunities to simplify the local working process and reduce non-value added works.

- Continually improve HR overall service performance , find opportunities to optimize the service process, improve the user experience and reduce HRBP involvement with service delivery processes.

- Engage in other HR Ad-hoc activities

Job Requirements:

Education background: Bachelor degree

Working experience: 1~2 years’ professional experience as HR specialist or HR Service people

Key Skills and Competencies :

- Diplomacy, communication and influencing skills – building strong relationships with the HR Business Partners, Data Controllers and Outsource Vendors.

- Customer service focus – always going the extra step to ensure satisfaction

- Completer-finisher – never leaves tasks incomplete, and ensures processes are followed to their conclusion, attention to detail is critical

- Organization of workload is critical – being able to manage multiple requests and prioritise activities

- Good verbal and written command of the English language for cross border work

- Inquisitive nature – it is important that issues are firstly identified in all areas of the new processes`, but the fix needs to be put in place to ensure the issues will not reoccur. This role will be critical, firstly in identifying service issues, and secondly in assisting with the implementation of long term fixes.
