PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Manager of Import Transportation in analyzing and executing corporate initiatives that support our global transportation network.

Responsibilities include analyzing transportation supply chain costs and related savings, monitoring business partner(Including Consolidator, Ocean Carrier, Trucking company, Warehouse and Vendor) performance, streamlining and documenting processes, providing support in network analysis and optimization, such as FCA conversion, lead time reduction and trucking bid. The Analyst will also perform market research as well as support daily operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College degree and equivalent business experience with 3 years or plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a group environment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with clear and logical thinking.
• Continuous learning mindset – passion for learning what you need to know to be successful
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
• Proficient in English

DESIRED

• Familiarity with transportation, merchandising, and/or procurement
• MBA, or active pursuit thereof
