职位描述

Job Requirement:
·Bachelor degree or above, no special majority requirement, preferably in an HR related area

·Or proven HR related work experience

·Minimum 3 years experience in HR field

·Understanding HR’s methodologies and operation

·Good communication skills;

·Good presentation skills;

·Situation sensitivity;

·Good command of both written and spoken English

Job Responsibilities:
HR Strategies Implementation & Culture Building

·To work with local management team to work out human resources plan to meet branch’s short-and long-term need.

·To implement the company’s HR strategies/policies/practices in the branch.

·To be responsible for company culture building through constant promoting the culture the company advocates.

·To enhance local employees’ engagement, ensure high standard employees’ performance, good results and business continuous development through effective communication and team work.

·To bring local initiatives for enhancing employees’ spirit and strengthen local employees’ cohesion.

·To manage HR KPIs in the branch. Recruitment

·To work with local management team to identify the local headcount needs for meeting business requirement.

·To align with the company’s standard recruitment procedures, based on which hiring qualified employees.

·To screen CVs and then interview potential candidates with local management.

·To follow up relevant recruitment procedures till the candidate is on board. Training & Development

·To identify local employees’ training needs, on which make local training plan.

·To organize training courses for local employees for meeting training needs.

·To conduct orientation training timely for local employees.

·To review and evaluate the training effectiveness for further improvement. Compensation & Benefit

·To help local management to make annual merit adjustment

·To give advise to local management about the new hire’s offer.

·To maintain SAP to ensure all data correct and updated.

·To check all payroll related data to ensure employees get payroll timely.

·To administrate compensation and social insurance schemes in the branch. Performance Management

·To align with the company’s PMI strategy and schedule, to ensure local PMI go on smoothly and complete the whole procedures according to the schedule, incl. objective setting, mid-year review and year-end review.

·To analyze local employs’ development plan and training needs and offer the analysis result to local management for helping employees develop. Staffing

·To be responsible for employees on-board, transfer and exit procedures;

·To be in charge of probation management, contract management, etc. Labor Relations

·To ensure local practice align with the country’s contract labor law.

·To help local management maintain a harmonious labor relations locally.

·To organize/assist organize activities showing the company’s bearing social responsibilities CSR and Health & Safety

·Comply with the company's corporate social responsibility, health, safety and environmental standards and responsibilities as identified within TNT Express management systems and directly support line management in effectively implementing these management systems. Customer Experience
