职位描述
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Record, analyses and categories service calls, classify request for change.
2. Provide support to Kemira end-user with common issues.
3. Perform Kemira IT Service Desk back-office tasks, e.g. user ID and system access managements
4. Perform initial support and investigate incidents according to impact, resolution or error identification
5. Give feedback to end-user and update the end-user of resolution progress
6. Develop an end-user care philosophy that ensures end-user satisfaction
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Work as a Helpdesk or service desk in multinational company with bachelor degree.
2. Service minded. Ability to work within a high pace environment.
3. Good knowledge of key ITIL processes around service delivery and operations, especially incident & problem mgt skills.
4. Good proficiency in English with the ability to communicate in one or more of the Kemira support languages.
5. Excellent skills in one or more areas related to IT Service & Infrastructure services.
