Job description:

- Assist the global mobility related expatriate employees matters, such as implementation of the flexible benefit plan, international assignment & relocation logistics support, coordination with vendors;
- Global mobility system maintenance, make sure to update the expatriate information into the system timely and accurately;
- Assist to answer the questions raised by the expatriate employees;
- Establish / maintain long-term collaborative relationships with team members and other department;
- Possess and continually increase understanding of complex expatriate tax issues;


Job Requirement:

--Excellent Fresh graduate can consider
- University graduates with a minimum of 1 year experience with a focus on global mobility, compensation and benefits in another multinational company or similar background;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Understanding of expatriate and local remuneration packages is preferred;
- Team player, energetic, mature and flexible;
- Proficiency in MS office & excel.
