职位描述：1、全面承担、协调大型商业项目的前期方案设计、招投标、施工现场各专业管理工作；
2、控制成本、承担项目的决策、带领团队进行质量、进度、安全等各方面的管理；
3、全面管理项目施工现场，协调各方、各专业的施工作业关系；
4、负责与各政府部门的协调，并保证有关批文/准证的申领；
5、完成项目竣工验收的各项工作。
岗位要求：1、大专及以上学历，工民建、工程管理或相关专业；
2、具有全程管理大型商业项目全阶段的经验；
3、优秀的团队管理能力；
4、很好的沟通协调能力；
5、吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强；
6、英文读写能力较强者优先考虑。
