PR Executive

Our Client is a famous french cosmetic company. It is focused on bio-cosmetic industry from 1992 and it has been introduced in China for about 5 years. Now it is looking for a PR executive to emphasize brand image in China.

Responsibilities:

1. In charge of the development and execution of yearly PR communication strategy plan.

2. Management of vendor : PR and Event agency

3. Maintenance of good relationships with all media & beauty editor to maximize the product and brand exposure.( media visit and hamper gift preparation etc)

4. Management of media inquiries for editorial / cooperation and sample management

5. Handle PR campaign execution for new season or thematic projects/event

6. Collaborate with different department to well implement communication activities (ex. New launch event / local presentation, store opening events, branding events, etc)

7. Build up and maintain good relationships with KOLs, celebrities, and cosmetic influencers to well increasing the brand notoriety.

8. Collect editorial clippings and prepare weekly or seasonal reports with analysis.

Your profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. At least three years working experience in PR field, both from international brand in house or PR agency experience will be appreciated.

3. Fluent English and Mandarin commands. CET – 6 or IELTS 6.5

4. Experience in cosmetic industry will be a huge plus.

5. Very good presentation and good communication skill with cross region/function team

6. Knowledge of French culture is a plus.

7. Team work and detail oriented natures.

8. Creativities with high marketing sense and PR thinking.

9. Be proactive and self-motivated

10. Willing to challenge status-quo

11. Able to manage complexity; dealing with ambiguity
