职位描述
KEY TASKS
1. Training the entire sales force , including product dealers and distributors. Effectively training sales
staff and ensure they have excellent product knowledge, interpersonal skills and selling skills.
2. Work with marketing team to develop up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor
activities and ensure similarly strong knowledge base within the sales force.
3. Responsible for clinical promotion development in to increase sales and market share through assist
management.
4. Develops and executes new business opportunity & initiatives (old people hospital sector; Long
term care; ) to capitalize on opportunities and leverages strengths to expand the business and increase
sales.
5. Utilizes available information, data sets and metrics to make analysis of the business situation as
well as quantify opportunities / threats.
6. Have the ability of prioritize work and leverage resources to improve sales efficiency
7. Develops internal and external customer relationships to successfully drive the business objectives.
THE PERSON – Qualification, knowledge, skills and experience
– Bachlor and above with major in science and technology or medical, nursing related;
– At least 2 years’ experience as sales or sales training role in the company;
– Good analytical and presentation skill;
– Good at communication and coordination.
– CAD and Photoshop skills are preferred
