首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
? Build up and perfect the system to collect, manage and analyze the automotive market information as support to decision-making.
? Competitor analysis, including commercial price, marketing promotion, competition strategy etc.
? Segment market analysis based on company demanding.
? Automotive and Industrial Forecasting of volumes, revenues and throughput
? Working with sales team for monthly sales report including swing analysis and reporting of variance to plan/forecast for volumes, revenues and throughput
? Coordinate team for new business chance approval, status tracking and update (PBAR)
? Monitoring & advising the business units, including respective business & action plans
? Analyzing rates/margins/volumes and profitability per site/unit, and respective trends
? Corporate Capacity (RCCP-3Month+) Planning

学历及技能要求
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
? University Degree of business related majors. i.e. Business, Accounting, Economics or Marketing
? (C)APICS knowledge
? Excellent Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint skills
? Accounting comprehension of costing, budgeting, GL and income statements
? 2 years of manufacturing environment
? 2 years of automotive experience- Understanding of releases, car builds, OEM’s, Tiers etc.
? Analytical and logical thinking
? Good interpersonal skills to coordinate different functions for accurate data analysis
? Ability to work to timelines
? Ability to present in front of others.
? good knowledge of financial planning and analysis
