DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES

1. IHP management support.
？Ensure to maintain IHP data and analysis are up to dated in order to refer at any time
？Ensure that new IHP nomination process is in place and liaise with all stakeholders to get things done
2. HR Reviews preparation support
？Support zone TD director to prepare HR Reviews in the Zone or Group
3. Talent Acceleration Program support
？Ensure to maintain all the documents and analysis are up to dated in order to refer at any time
？Support TD director to ensure that the program is put in place with quality
4. Talent Movement follow up
？Participate in the zone Key Moves meeting and follow up the moves within the zone
5. Coordinate zone recruiting program such as ALTITUDE with stakeholders
？Ensure that the program is in place
？Support TD director to identify positions for ALTITUDE candidates
？Contract preparation, if necessary.
6. Meetings/ Training Programs Coordination
？Organization of zone HRD meetings
？Organization of Zone Campus Activities
？Organization of ALU programs in the zone
7. Complete missions given by TD director from time to time
8. Complete missions given by Zone HRVP from time to time.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Communication: Must have good spoken and written English language skills. Written English skills need to be enough for preparation of English documents.

IT skills: Excellent skills with Microsoft office software.

Overall: Team player who can integrate with existing team members.

Language: Excellent command English
