岗位职责：

1、负责全面落实现有家装公司及经销商渠道客户的维护工作，包括产品知识培训、产品技术支持、售后流程等工作；

2、定期对客户进行销售回访，针对其经营状况、产品及售后问题进行梳理，及时并有效的对存在问题提出整改方案；

3、负责监督管理售后工作，要求并协助售后主管、销售人员解决售后问题，对设计公司产品质量印发的难题，要及时跟进公司相关部门，全方位提高上海营销中心团队的服务意识；

4、负责公司业务人员的周期性培训工作，提升团队综合水平，并按培训要求对业务人员进行业务考核；

5、负责提供销售过程中客户所需样品、宣传物料、展板、标签等需求，如涉及展会等相关工作，及时向上级领导沟通并反馈意见；

6、负责做好本地市场分析，组织销售业务人员调研各个渠道的产品需求，并参考其他竞争品牌，提出有效的狙击套餐，以最实惠的价格、高返点、产品智能化升级、以及最高效率的配套服务对本地市场份额进行最大限度的拦截。

任职要求：

1、全日制大专以上学历，市场营销、产品质量等专业；

2、具有集成吊顶行业1年以上工作经验。
