Responsibilities岗位职责：

1. Provide enough information and support to production to complete customer delivery requirement.

提供足够的信息和支持给生产部，以保证顺利给客户交货。

2. Stand engineering side, resolve problem come from machine and proess quality

站在工程技术的角度，解决线上设备,质量和工艺出现的问题。

3. Complete other task from management.

完成其他来自于管理层的任务。

4. Good management and maintenance for own responsible machine , pallet and other process tooling.

管理和维护好设备，还有夹具，其他工具等。

5. Monitoring machine condition, find out and revolve machine fault , provide improvement action online to improve the efficient.

监控机器运行，及时发现并排除小故障，要及时提供改善措施，提高生产效率。

6. Monitoring process defect, provide improvement action online to improve the yield.

监控制程缺陷，要及时提供改善措施改善制程良率。

7. Provide online support to make sure no line down. Enhance process yield every day.

在线支持确保不停线，每天改善制程良率。

8. Assist PE to implement improving action or other engineering requirement, and feedback the result in time.

协助工艺工程师执行改善计划或其他工程要求，并及时回馈结果。

Qualifications任职资格:

1. Secondary school above.

中专以上学历。

2. 2-3 years ENG technician experience at least.

至少2-3年技术员经验。

3. Familiar electronic assembly and machines maintenance , with lamp assembly experience will be better..

熟悉电子组装和机器的维修保养，有灯具组装经验优先。

4. Clear how to maintenance the production process and keep good condition.

清楚怎样去保解决产线问题。

5. To take care and keep the tools provided in proper place.

能根据要求保护维修的工具并正确放置。

6. Team work.

7. Good communication with other department.
