Job Description
1. Conduct Failure Analysis (electrical and physical) and lead team to do investigation with close loop.
2. Competitor Analysis and industry benchmark for advanced product, process, material, etc.
3. Engineering support for new package development and new Tech program.
4. Reliability failure analysis as Agile team.
5. Work with Fab and wafer vender for Device level failure analysis.
6. Board Level failure analysis and investigation with close loop.
7. Can use appropriate tools to perform integrity analysis of packages.
8. Data base develop and maintain.
9. Host project and program for advanced Technology, Process, Material and Equipment.
10. Acts as a liaison with out-sourcing vendors and equipment/tool venders.
11. Create and update related specifications.
12. Requires BS/BA degree. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
13. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
14. A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and cross team.
15. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
16. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
17. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
18. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
