Customer Care Representative (Australia Buyer’s role):
Number: 1 Reporting to: Asia Pacific Customer Care Supervisor
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Responsibilities:
1. Release, maintain, monitor and expedite purchase orders by interfacing directly with Planning and Sourcing.
2. Maintain purchase agreements and vendor information.
3. Get quotations from freight forwarder on freight rates, transportation lead time.
4. Prepare documents for international shipments.
5. Follow up the international shipments to ensure materials are shipped in a timely manner from overseas suppliers.
6. Responsible to analyze and resolve internal/external customer requests, inquiries or problems.
7. Act as liaison between internal customer care team and manufacture team to provide professional and proper response to all products and PO/purchase price related inquiries.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum B.A. or B.S Degree (Knowledge/background of Logistics preferred)
2. Must have good English communication skill, both written & oral. (Minimum CET-6)
3. Must possess proficient software skills such as Microsoft Office - Word, Excel… (Knowledge of ERP system, esp. Lawson M3 preferred)
4. Must possess excellent communication skill; be patient, professional and courteous.
5. Must be goal oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.
