Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Global Technical Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for products quality improvement, new product development and evaluation.
? Responsible for on-site inspection/audit to ensure moulders and suppliers conformity with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
? Conduct investigation, improvement, analysis of root cause, preventive and corrective action for solving quality problems
? Perform investigation, data analysis and trouble-shooting on production process
? Handle claims and inspection activities with moulders and suppliers
? Prepare and evaluate new development samples
? Coordinate with internal departments on customer complaints related to quality matters.

Requirements:
? Familiar with plastic material & moulding process for hanger
? Knowledge in plating / coating for metal parts
? Effective communication
? Planning & organizing skills
? Problem solving skills
? Degree holder in Quality Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing or related discipline
? Knowledge of QC analysis tools and ability in writing QC & technical report
? 1-2 years relevant experience in garment or plastic industry
? Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
