According to the payment term, preparing payment document for vehicles to RR UK. Perform vendor clearing and reconciliation with RR UK each month.
Post and make payment for RR duty, consumption tax and VAT to ensure the intime release of RR cars by customs, reconcile with tax team each month.
Post and make payment for RR logistics cost, including custom clearing, storage\ cost & outbound transportation; Check and post payment to financial services vendor.
Cooperate with BMW accounting team for monthly bank reconcilation and vendor ageing analysis.
Update estimated time of arrival of RR cars and inform dealer of the monthly forseeable estimated arrival status of RR cars with dealer price listed.
Assist in stock flow data maintenance and the reconcilation of stock-car-related accounts. Calculate the stock fine charge covered by dealers.
Perform regular checking on RR cost and tax related accounts.
Assist in dealer price maintenance to avoid inconsistent price communicated with dealers.
Prepare month-end management report regarding Profit & Loss
Coordination with all RR China dealers
- Reminder for stock status, arrival status (logistic)
- Notice for dealer price & MSRP
Handle enquiries about Accounts Payable and account balance from suppliers and Business department
Other miscellaneous and temporary works per request
Education background
Bachelor degree above, major in Economic/ Finance/ Accounting
Knowledge/Skills/Competences
Knowledge of finance accounting
Proficiency with SAP
Skills with MS Office
Proficient Mandarin/English would be an advantage
Competency of teamwork and communication ability
Be able to work under pressure
