Job Descriptions:
- Take the lead of the mechanical design for higher runner products, including plastic and metallic parts
- Work closely with the project team to take into account all internal and external requirements
- Support all MM’s overseas R&D centers in case of co-design with overseas locations
- Analyze technology state of art and investigate new components
- Design the mechanic architecture, function and specification of product in line with the requirements of our clients and guarantee the continuous design improvement of product
- Insure the conception and definition of illumination mode and style of product in line with esthetic function by working closely with the optical team
- Insure the application and validation of design solution matching requirements of cost reduction and improvement
- Release the design documents of project package and the diffusion to the function involved such as Quality, Purchasing, Project, Production etc.
- Manage the design validation of prototype definitive before the formal homologation of Quality, and intervention when deviation
- Contribute to design methodology improvement
- Follow project milestones defined by the project leader for local projects
- Report to the professional line team leader about workload and achievements
- Identify and define design tools needed to support development activities
- Follow corporate design guide lines and quality procedures
- Complete the task delegated by the manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, Mechanical engineering or relevant
- At least 3 years of experience in product design
- Familiar with related product development procedure
- Design of mechanical systems (automotive, consumer, avionics, industrial business areas)
- Proficient in ProE / Catia, and AutoCAD
- Experience of CorelDraw and Photoshop
