KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Assist VPC Manager to plan, organize and direct VPC activities.

?Coordinate the rework/campaign progress

?Manage and lead the production workers, build up the highly motivated production team and make sure individual performance is in line with company requirement, including but not limited to attendance and daily task management.

?Responsible for the production worker daily operation training including but not limited to the SOP, Yard Code of Conduct etc, provide technical support to the port if necessary,

?Control the on-site operation quality is met and/or exceeded WWL Standard, including but not limited to data accuracy and behavior standardizing

?Carry out the daily quality audit

?Support WoW (Way of Working Quality System) and reinforce system disciplines in daily VPC management.

?Assist to ensure production targets are achieved and meet customer’s requirement.

?Assist to ensure operational KPIs being controlled in line with the target

?Report KPIs reports internally and externally based on the alignment with contract manager

?Compliance with all legal requirements on VPC management and production

?Assist administrative and finance activities

?Others related works assigned.

COMPETENCES:

?College Degree or equivalent study experience;

?At least 5 years’ working experience in vehicle logistics and with more than 2 years in supervisor position

?Familiar with warehouse management, vehicle warehouse is preferred;

?Fluent in English is preferred;

?Experienced user for Microsoft – Word, Excel, Power Point;

?3 years car driving license, B licence is preferred

?Capability of handling multiple tasks with good time management skills

?Self-motivated ,eager to learn and ambitious for career development in the company;

?Interest in vehicle logistics;

?Good logic analysis energy;

?Ability to lead a team and good communication skills;

?Be flexible on shifts
