Accountabilities:
1. Execute, manage and deliver R&D projects efficiently on time and on budget.
2. Represent AL in technical area of responsibility and drive research collaborations with external partners (universities, institutes, and customers).
3. Communicate with global R&D team and share responsibility with other project leaders and program managers in the execution of R&D programs.
4. Build up technical competence in the field of PCB assembling and IC packing.
5. Contribute to AL strategy formulation and watch the PCB assembling and IC packing technologies and markets in China.

Qualifications:
1. Master degree or above, major in materials science, electronic engineering, or other relevant industry.
2. At least 5 years of research and working experience in PCB assembling, IC packing, or other relevant industry.
3. Deep understanding of PCB assembling and IC packing technologies.
4. Strong data analysis and interpretation ability.
5. Rich experience in using relevant assembling and packing equipments.
6. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
7. Understanding of safety requirements related to the field of applications.
8. Creative and innovative thinking, contributing novel R&D approach and related deployable technologies.
9. Excellent networking skills to manage numerous stakeholders and work effectively across organization boundaries with external partners (universities, customers).
10. Cooperative, effective team player, good interpersonal communication skills.
