Your responsibilities include:
-Responsible Leadbuyer for purchasing of Marketing and Communication demands across China.
-Autonomous conduction of negotiations within the scope of defined value limits and translation of results into legally tuned agreements on the basis of existing and new agreements, with legal dept
-Regional implementation and adjustment of Material Field Strategies
-Good market know how (e.g. agencies) and active Supplier Management within the region
-Lead of several regional strategic projects within IBT Marketing
-Input to regional Controlling regular Reporting, WIPL, Policy Deployment etc.
-Qualified and eloquent partner for internal business partner and Management
-Support of process and continuous know how improvement within regional i-buy organisation
-Functional responsibility for dedicated Commodity Buyer
Your profile:
-Degree in Business administration, Economics or similar qualification
-Several years proven experience in Purchasing of a global enterprise with focus on Marketing and Services.
-Excellent negotiation skills – also in difficult situations- and experience in advanced negotiation methods
-Convincing and intercultural experienced personality with very good communication skills in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
-Analytical, structured and efficient working style
-Good practical experience in MS Office, in particular Excel and SAP
-Willingness to travel within and outside China.
-First experience in leadership desirable
