Responsibilities:
To provide vision solution for any factory automatic machine or robot need high accuracy, reliability, stability and ease to use.
1. To discuss with machine builder about technical detail and understand requirement of vision system for factory automatic machine used on any industry.
2. To work out vision solution proposal, including light, optics and Cognex product to meet the requirements of vision per specific factory automatic machine.
3. To communicate to machine builder for mechanical designation requirement to ensure light, optics and camera are installed the way vision required.
4. To work with internal team for software development and debugging.
5. To work with machine builder for hardware and software integration for vision system, including communication between vision and machine, fixture designation for calibration plate and etc.
6. To test vision system to ensure software & hardware working.
7. To collect and analyze data for machine qualification and work with internal team to resolve technical issue including reliability, stability and efficiency.
8. Travel might be required for machine bring up for 1st prototype.
9. Train FSE to do regular vision maintenance, configuring parameters of vision, upgrade software and collect data for troubleshooting.


Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering field such as: Computer technology, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
工程本科学历，计算机技术，自动化，电子工程，机械工程等专业

Languages:
Chinese
Good English reading, writing, listening and speaking skill is a plus
汉语； 英语读写能力好者优先;

Professional Experience:
1. 3 or more year’s vision and automation integration experience.
2. 3 or more year’s PC vision system development experience.
3. Familiar with light and optics for vision is required.
4. Familiar with C# language is required.
5. Familiar with C++ language is a plus.
