- For E-Car business unit, we are looking experienced Project Controller.
- Main Function is to do the financial reporting and controlling of projects that are assigned of the Inside e-Car Business Unit. Provides transparency on profitability of the projects and EVA and compares to expected targets of the Business Unit.

What are my responsibilities?
- Shared financial responsibility of Projects together with the OEM project Manager.

- Project business case calculation and LOA process, full responsibility before EC has dedicated sales BA. Early involvement is enough after dedication sales BA
- Support the Project Manager with controlling project expenses based on the resource planning for the internal and external resources. Controls Project driving Capital expenditures (specific and not specific) for the specific is full responsibility, for non specific is a joint responsibility with R&D BA and with MF BA. Reporting deviations and measures action items. Provide input for business planning, forecast and month end closing processes regarding project status.

- Project WBS creation in SAP, E-timesheet booking to project and cost transfer, project reporting and controlling by PSP element .
- Controlling of Bill of Material cost for the project reporting deviations and tracks measures action items. Performs target setting for material together with PM.
- Check and release purchase request according to project resource planning together with PM.
- Controls ramp up plans for industrialization of the products developed for the project. Supports the Manufacturing planning process based on Project data.

- Preparing Project Reviews and conduct Project Risk assessments, reporting results to Project Manager and BU management

- Participate in workshops for continuous improvement on project costs (DTC, internal improvements etc.)
- Document project information and comply with internal guidelines and regulation.
- Supports Sales and Project Management with calculation and pricing of Change orders and new Projects

Knowledge
- Knowledge of Product Cost Calculation---advanced
- Knowledge of Project Development in Automotive Environment ---advanced
- Experience business plan calculations and modeling scenarios --- basis
- SAP, Microsoft Office applications --- advanced
- Methodologies of Six Sigma --- basis
- Methodologies of Lean Manufacturing---basis
- Methodologies of PMI --- basis
- Fluent English

Professional Experience:
- Today, the candidate must have some theoretical knowledge and experience with Product cost calculation and project controlling (3-5 years), understanding of business cycles of planning and controlling, forecasting, cost accounting, etc.

- Leadership Experience
- The candidate must show passion for performance and willingness to learn and make an impact

- Intercultural Experience
- The candidate must have some intercultural experience but not a must
Education:
- University or above
- Majored in Business Administration or Finance and Controlling, MBA would be a plus
