Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for handling export procedures, documentation and customs clearances
2.Work with forwarder to make sure cargo being smoothly shipped
3.Monitor the shipment transit and update the status to related person
4.Work with customer service to meet customer requirements
5.Check the billing report of the forwarder monthly and payment follow up
6.Collect the KPI date to prepare the weekly & monthly report
7.Forwarder daily performance monitoring and management

Requirements:

1.University degree or above, preferably majored in logistics;
2.2 years working experience in logistics functions
3.Basic knowledge on SAP system; Familiar with MS. Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
4.Good personality, be honest, responsibility;
5.Good communication skill and willing to work under pressure
6.Fluent on both oral and written in English
7.Functional skill in issues and problem solving
